Latvian gathering input from schools and choir directors, the road to this wonderful outcome was not an easy one. In constant cooperation with school and choir leaders, the LACE Board planned, changed, followed the norms announced by the government, consulted on the possible availability of premises, the redirection of the Latvian co-financing to other, now more necessary, positions and other organisational issues. And finally it has resulted in the joy of seeing each other again.
